เมื่อความรู้เรื่องการดูแลผู้มีบุตรยาก ไม่ได้อยู่แค่ในตำรา แต่ได้มาเห็นกระบวนการจริงจากคนทำงานจริง
Gift Fertility Bangkok Clinic รู้สึกยินดีที่ได้ต้อนรับ คณะอาจารย์และนักศึกษาจากคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ (Faculty of Nursing Science, Assumption University) ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาดูงาน เรียนรู้การทำงานด้านการดูแลผู้มีบุตรยากและเทคโนโลยีช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์
ครั้งนี้ นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้ตั้งแต่ภาพรวมของการดูแลผู้มีบุตรยาก ไปจนถึงกระบวนการทำงานในแต่ละส่วนของคลินิก ผ่านการถ่ายทอดจากผู้มีประสบการณ์การทำงานจริง โดย
รศ. นพ. ภัทรภูมิ โพธิพงษ์ (ว.16770) แพทย์เฉพาะทางด้านเวชศาสตร์การเจริญพันธุ์ ร่วมแบ่งปันความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะมีบุตรยากและกระบวนการรักษาด้วยเด็กหลอดแก้ว ตั้งแต่การประเมินและวางแผนการรักษาให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละบุคคล ไปจนถึงภาพรวมของกระบวนการรักษา ตั้งแต่การกระตุ้นไข่ การเก็บไข่ การปฏิสนธิ การเลี้ยงตัวอ่อน ไปจนถึงการย้ายตัวอ่อนและการติดตามผลการตั้งครรภ์
คุณรัตนมน คูณทวีลาภนักวิทยาศาสตร์อาวุโส ประจำ Gift Fertility Bangkok Clinic พานักศึกษาทำความเข้าใจบทบาทของห้องปฏิบัติการ พร้อมอธิบายกระบวนการ ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) และการทำงานของนักวิทยาศาสตร์เบื้องหลังการดูแลตัวอ่อน
นอกจากการเรียนรู้ผ่านการบรรยาย นักศึกษายังได้เยี่ยมชมพื้นที่ภายในคลินิก เพื่อเห็นภาพการทำงานจริง และเข้าใจว่าการดูแลผู้มีบุตรยากหนึ่งคน ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นจากบุคลากรเพียงคนเดียว แต่เป็นการทำงานร่วมกันของ ทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ ตั้งแต่เจ้าหน้าที่ พยาบาล นักวิทยาศาสตร์ ไปจนถึงแพทย์เฉพาะทาง โดยแต่ละทีมมีหน้าที่ที่แตกต่างกัน แต่ทำงานเชื่อมโยงกันตลอดกระบวนการ
สำหรับเรา การเปิดพื้นที่ให้คนรุ่นใหม่ได้เข้ามาเรียนรู้จากสถานที่ทำงานจริง จึงเป็นอีกหนึ่งโอกาสสำคัญในการ ส่งต่อทั้งความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และมุมมองของการทำงานด้านสุขภาพการเจริญพันธุ์ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้เห็นทั้งภาพของการดูแลผู้รับบริการ และเส้นทางการทำงานของบุคลากรหลากหลายวิชาชีพในสายงานนี้

From the Classroom to Real-World Experience
There’s a difference between learning about fertility care in a classroom and seeing it come to life in a real clinical setting.
Gift Fertility Bangkok Clinic was pleased to welcome faculty members and students from the Faculty of Nursing Science, Assumption University, for an educational visit focused on infertility care and assisted reproductive technology.
During their visit, the students had the opportunity to learn about the fertility care journey and gain a closer look at how different teams work together in a fertility clinic, guided by experienced professionals from Gift Fertility.

Phattaraphum Phophong, MD, MSc (Medical License No. 16770)Specialist in Reproductive Medicine, shared insights into infertility and IVF treatment from assessing each patient and developing an individualized treatment plan to the key steps of the treatment journey, including ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture, embryo transfer, and pregnancy follow-up.
Ms. Rattanamon KoonthaweelabSenior Scientist at Gift Fertility Bangkok Clinic, introduced the students to the important work taking place behind the scenes in the embryology laboratory, including the ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) process and the role of scientists in supporting embryo care throughout the treatment journey.
The visit also gave students the opportunity to explore the clinic and experience the working environment firsthand. They could see how fertility care involves more than just a doctor and a patient it is a collaborative effort between staff, nurses, scientists, and reproductive medicine specialists, with each team playing an important role throughout the process.
At Gift Fertility, we believe that opening our doors to the next generation is a meaningful way to share knowledge, real-world experience, and different perspectives on reproductive healthcare while giving students a closer look at the many professional roles within this field.
